    FAQs

Our company has its Headquarter as well as Production based in Piestany, Slovakia.
Everywhere and anywhere, we have systems to work to -20°C to 50°C, salty or dusty environments, juts be mindful of ATEX explosion zones
The same as for nitrogen, cheaper to run, reliable, oxygen as and when you need it, not at the mercy of the delivery of LOX or cylinders suppliers and their contracts or price hikes. NB EL Haggar do not currently have access to supply Medical Oxygen, only industrial.
Utterly, you would have to do something very silly to injure yourself from a PSA system
Yes, we have one of the lowest standard kW per m3 production rate for 95% purity its around 0.2kW for Class 5.5 around 1.0kW, we can get a lower average with ESV.
Yes, that is a USP for us, every system is a bespoke project, adapting to something unusual is not an issue, review the news articles on our websitehttps://www.oxywise.com/en/content/news/page/1
Yes, however due to Covid restrictions not at this precise moment in time.

0.1kW for the generator, you can see this information on the 2nd page of the quotation sheet, along with the power requirements for the rest of the system

Unfortunately neither Nm3 (normal cubic meter) or Sm3 (standard cubic meter) are complete definitions in
themselves. Most commonly used reference conditions are:
    Normal cubic meter (Nm3) - Temperature: 0 °C, Pressure: 1.01325 barA
    Standard cubic meter (Sm3) - Temperature: 15 °C, Pressure: 1.01325 barA
Interpretation: 1Nm3 is 8,9% larger than Sm3. It also means the stated capacity of the generator stated in
Nm3/h is 8.9% larger than same capacity defined in Sm3/h.
Assumption: It is essential to consider these facts when projecting the gas generating system or when
actually making decision to purchase certain model because you might be actually buying less than you
    actually think you are…
anyone who is using liquid at smaller volumes (<3000m3/h), those buying cylinders in (gas or liquid) - unless they need the temperature effect of LN2
A complete system can contain of an air treatment line, vessel for treated air, gas generator and product buffer tank. System can be further incorporated with a cylinder filling station.
Class 1.4.1 please see attached (Commerical proposal)
depends on the ambient conditions, the temperature (if higher) is dependant on the compressor specification, i.e. if the compressor is only rated to 40°C and temperatures are regularly higher than this, then you may need to consider air-con, or a better compressor.

Quite large, the concerns are ambient temperature, elevation above sea level and humidity (if above 80%)
Yes, either is suitable - Oil-free compressors are not worth supplying - discussion point.
Yes. We provide 3 variants of installation - stand-alone, skid or containerized mounting.
    We typically recommend;
    Your responsibilities on site:
    - construction works (unit must be located indoors for stand alone + skid mount)
    - prepare proper electrical power connection based on our recommendation
    - install the exhaust pipe for the exhaust gas to the outside atmosphere
    - on site transportation - moving and placing the generator into its dedicated location
    - provide proper ventilation - we recommend to install an air duct on the compressor
With feed air to Class 1.4.1 it should be around 10 years.
Yes, auto stop/start, power standby, even variable feed air supply with our Energy Saving Valve
